Canyon Series

The Fire Pie Canyon Series is inspired by the expansive grandeur of the American Southwest. This series also combines our unique wood-fired oven design and functionality with the classic simplicity of a full-coverage stucco finish.

All Canyon models feature accents of stone or brick around the oven opening. Both the Bryce and the Red Rock can be paired either with a masonry stand—specifically designed for those who want large capacity for firewood storage—or a wooden base that adds a rustic touch.

These models feature terra cotta stucco, a hearth of brownstone, and Colonial cobble trim. Additional stucco selections include charcoal, ivory, terra cotta, and taupe. Hearth selections include chateau, travertine, Pennsylvania ledgestone, and northern blue.
