2013-10-19 03.24.00Our Executive Chef, Brian Swann, created the following catering menu to showcase the versatility of our wood-fired ovens (and maybe to show off a little bit). And, just like the ovens we sell, our menu items are always customizable.

Wood-Fired Pizza and Calzones

TRIO

Pepperoni, mushroom, house-made sausage, tomato sauce, and five-cheese blend

RONI RONI

Pepperoni, tomato sauce, five-cheese blend, and house seasoning

MARGHERITA

Tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil

Wood-fired chicken, Thai curry sauce, fresh mozzarella, shredded carrots, fresh cilantro, and roasted peanuts

BUFFALO

Wood-fired chicken, Buffalo sauce, five-cheese blend, and topped with gorgonzola and ranch drizzle

THE GREEK

Feta, baby spinach, black olives, caramelized onions, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan cream
